Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment:

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment:

If your order has already been shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

-In such cases, you can still request a return and refund as outlined in our Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy:

1. Returns Due to Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at info@routinelycare.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • - We may require you to provide photos or other evidence of the damage or defect.
  • - Once we confirm the issue, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
  • - We will offer you the choice of a replacement product or a full refund, including shipping charges.
2. Returns for Non-Damaged Products:
  • - If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason other than damage or defect, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • - Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition.
  • - You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • - Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price, excluding any shipping charges.

General Terms:

  • - All refund and cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to info@routinelycare.com.
  • - If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
  • - For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund
  • - If you received a promotional or bundled offer and return only part of the order, the value of the promotional item may be deducted from your refund.
  • - Routinely reserves the right to refuse a refund or return if the product shows signs of misuse or tampering.
  • - This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on our website www.routinelycare.com. For purchases made through authorized retailers or third-party sellers, please refer to their respective policies.
